Missing the remote trying to get it back to game mode.

Here is the manual for your TV. I see a Game Mode when referring to Picture control, but I'm guessing you are trying to get it to switch the the RCA input for Video/Audio on the front of the TV for your game console. Doesn't look like there is anything on the TV specifically, as it references the remote to press "Game" mode. But I would try scrolling down through the channels. Sometimes TV's have the auxiliary input below channel "1" or "0".

You need the remote to change to game mode. The original remote doesn't appear to be available. A substitute remote with the function is here: http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=Search&o=c&uid=0&m=DWT2405&uuid=12931247714820 . The Game button switches to and from game mode. Other universal remotes may work but a source or input button is needed. Then try various codes for either Durabrand or Funai TVs (Funai built the TV). The other issue is that the remote needs to have been programmed at least 6 months after the TV was released. The remotes that are programmed via a USB connection to a computer will definately be able to match the function.

I don't know if this can be done with a universal remote, but if you can let me know which brand and model of universal remote you are using, I will check if it is possible. If your universal remote has an "AV", "SOURCE" or "INPUT" button, try these but make sure the game system is switched on so you are able to see if/when you have changed to the correct mode.

If you don't have the original Symphonic remote, you should be able to switch the TV to game mode using the buttons on the front of the TV as follows:

1. Switch the game system on
2. Press the "MENU" button on the front of the TV
3. Highlight "PICTURE" using the CHANNEL UP/DOWN buttons
4. Press the VOLUME UP button once to enter the PICTURE menu
5. Highlight "GAME MODE" using the CHANNEL UP/DOWN buttons
6. Use the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons to set "GAME MODE" to "ON"
7. Press "MENU" to exit the menu and play games.

The menu should automatically close anyway if you don't press any buttons for about 15 seconds.

When you have finished playing your game, repeat the above steps to set "GAME MODE" back to "OFF" and return to watching TV.

To exit the the Game mode and the external input mode, press the GAME button on the remote control again. To cancel GAME mode only, adjust the PICTURE control. The game mode will be set ot 'OFF" automatically. In this case "VIDEO" instead of "GAME" appeares on the TV screen. When you press the GAME button if the TV is off, the TV turns ON and will be in the GAME mode and external input mode automatically.

You may also set the Game mode and external
input mode at the same time by pressing the
GAME button on the remote control. “GAME”
appears on the TV screen.
● To exit the Game mode and external input
mode, press the GAME button on the remote
control again.
● To cancel the Game mode only, adjust the

yes , you need to be in GAME mode on the TV , since you don't have the remote you can still access GAME mode from the menu button on the front of the TV . you must be in GAME mode for your PS2 to work. thanks

I got mine off of game mode by using a universal remote. I had to type in a channel, (03) and it got it out of game mode, but I now have the problem of not being able to get it back into game mode so that I can use my DVD player. Good luck

First you want to go press the menu button on the front of the tv. Second, choose channel set. Third, choose add/delete and manually preset each channel. You can try just adding channel 3 if you have cable. This will turn the tv back on and out of game mode...

Comcast universal remote code for dwt 1905 is 0171, just tried it, it works

not familiar with this model but ill try try in the menu puting it on game mode then look for external input mode in the menu and turn it too dont work fix ur remote or bye a new one (be sure that the new remote will activate the game option) good luck windman
