I have a pitco 5 fryer frialator. 3 of them are sg14 and 2 are sg18. It has a built-in filter system. Currently, the filter motor is not turning on when the red lever is pulled out. We've reset the unit but we just hear the motor trying to turn on, but it doesn't. After a couple of seconds, the white on/off switch trips to the middle. That switch doesn't stay in the on position, nor does it click to the off. It stops at the middle. Any insight would be appreciated.

Opening fryer door during operation does not correct gas leak problem.
If there is gas leak on your fryer's system, you have to fix the leak or replace parts if necessary.

Make sure that the filter system is correctly assembled so that oil impurities wont enter pipes and clog the system.
