It dosen't matter what the serial number is, only the model, in your case UH7700NB.
try: www.uniden.com.au and lookup their site for 2-way radios and follow the links to CB Radios and then to user manuals.
If that fails, try joining yahoo group specialising in your model radio, they will be very helpful.

Adjusting the Ringer Volume
