We haave a Frigidare FGHD2433KB1 dishwasher that we installed in September of 2010. Already it is not working and we are 2 highway hours from the place where we bought it. Sometimes the detergent doesn't open, sometimes dishes are not dry, recently the PF light has been coming on - yet no other appliance has had power interrupted. I am thoroughly disgusted with this machine and there are only two of us in the house so it get light use and we rinse our dishes well before placing in dishwasher. For the last week we haven't used it at all!!! HELP!!!!

the problem you have is probably in the heat circuit. its trying to heat the water up and keeps running because the water does not get any hotter. you need to check the heater wires and a couple of sensors as well as the heater itself.

I would say the resettable thermostat has failed. There is a thermostat which senses the water temperature, and when it fails, it causes the dishwasher to run constant. Replace the thermostat underneath the dishwasher and that should cure problem. Part number is 154290204 (I know the number off by heart, that's how often it happens!)
