Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning installs with windows 7, but windows blocks installation of the driver telling me I need a signature driver...whay do I do?

Try to restart the computer and press/tap F8 a few times while it is restarting. On the advanced options menu, select "disable digital signing", then try to install the driver again. hope this helps.

I have worked for the tech support for this product before, and if you are using a 64bit computer, you will need to go to the ROXIO website to download the drivers for this particular product because normally this is only for 32 bit users.
Most probably the CD does not have the autoun function or the autorun is no functioning. If you need to install the software, open the Windows Explorer and click on the drive for the CD and on the Explorer right side plane double click the "setup" installer and the installation should run.
1. Open Windows Explorer. 2. Follow this path C:\\ Program Files \\ Common Files \\ Install Shield locate the sub folders Engine and IScript. 3. Rename (Right Click and choose "Rename" both folders example: Engineold & IScriptold. 4. Close out of Windows Explorer and run setup again. 5. Roxio 9, Roxio Creator 9 and Roxio Creator 10 are different animals. Roxio 9 is 3 years old +. It likely will not handle 64bit or Windows 7. Roxio Creater 9 is not listed as compatible with Windows 7

Yes, Roxio Easy CD is not compatible with Windows Vista. You either need to remove windows Vista and install Windows XP, or purchase the newest, latest copy of Roxio.
