My harddrive camcorder is full and I need to download onto my computer, but I have misplaced any software that came with the camera. Where can I get a replacement?

Check your battery contacts and camera's battery terminals for some dirt. If not from there, your battery needs replacement. When buying new one, test it first before leaving the store, its because even new one(old stock) might have the same problem. Good luck
