I was using my sidekick an out of nowhere it went white i removed the battery an didnt work i could hear sounds but screen is white.plz help me thank you very much

i havet he same issue with my sk3 so i followed grinningfool's solution and nothing..so then i ordered a new screen installed the new screen and still same issue..what can be wrong now? im able to make calls and everything but no image on the phone hellp!
Yea, my sidekick3 also has this problem. Actually, I just got this phone for Christmas and it happened so we sent it back. Then when we got another one, the same thing happened again! I was thinking that maybe the screen is very fragile, maybe theres a cord inside it that git twisted up or something, and I dont know how to fix it. I really like this phone but if it happens again my parents said that we are getting our money back and I will not be able to have this phone anymore. :-(
i ordered a side kick 3 and it came with the same white screen problem plz i beg of you someone out there guarantee me a way to fix it without getting a new lcd
