Everything seems connected and says connected yet I cannot get on the Internet.

STEP 1:Check for the IP address in the computer

STEP 2:Ping the router's default gateway and check whether u r getting replies without loss

STEP 3:If means "ping 4.2.2.2" in command prompt.It is global DNS and check whether u r getting replies without loss

STEP 4:If means "ping yahoo.com" check whether u r getting replies without loss

STEP 5:If means reset IE by going to Internet options------>advanced------>reset

STEP 6:If u din't get replies means assign a static DNS
