Hi if you can turn on and then click on the on button and this is the only ket that works then its an hardware problem and it can be fixed let me know if you want to fix

The only way I can download anything to my ti calculators is with the black serial link and the ti connect software device explorer. Some USB port work and some don't. However, the explorer software will tell you alot of what is going on.
