Thank you for apologising. Have you checked that the speaker selection is set to the correct speakers? Have you tried radio tape and cd? Have you checked wiring to the speakers? Does the unit appear to be working but producing no audio on either channel? Have you tried headphones? My guess is it is switched to the wrong speakers.
