Sorry to hear you're having some issues logging in to RootMusic.com. We have some ideas that may help out.
You'll want to enable 3rd party cookies in your browser. You can find the option if you go Settings in your browser and then click on the privacy tab.

You may also want to try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome. This bug affects browsers differently on each system so if one of these browsers don't work the other could be the solution. You can find them here:

There might be an issue with the time settings on your computer. If your computer clock is not set to the current time and date, you won't be able to log in. This is because when you log in to any service on the internet, they send you a cookie with a time stamp on it that controls your info to see that you are the right person. This cookie works like a bus ticket and only works for a certain period of time. If your computer clock is set to a different time that in should be it messes with the time stamp on that ticket. So it would be like trying to get on the bus with a month old ticket.
If this does not work you can try clearing the cache on your browser and then restarting it.
Also, if you're trying to sign in from a secure system, such as from your work or at a library, there might be a firewall you're hitting. Try signing in from your home computer.
