Hi , I have Samsung laser printer SCX-4X16 Series, the problem is how can i use scanner ; because the CD with it doesn't run with my MacBook Mac OS X 10.6.4?

The same thing happened to my HP a while ago after not using it for about 6 weeks. The printer heads dried up and need to be replaced. I bought a better printer.

1. open front door,
2. look for black toner cartridge inside
3. pull back toner cartridge
4. Replace cartridge whit new one on the same place

try using the generic drivers. in Print & Fax, click on options and supplies, click on the Drivers box and type in GEN.. and choose the Generic drivers. Hope this works.
