Computer can't read the camera file. it seem light no software or driver.

It seems there isn't a software in your camera which can realize your video from your camera. To download a player which can read the type of the files as your video. For example, a file named: "file.txt" the ".txt"means the file type.

You should try and access the files on the camera directly via 'my computer'. Even without running the supplied software, the computer should see the camera as a storage drive and list it in 'my computer' You can then open you camera files, and drag and drop or copy and paste the pictures.

Here's the best solution. Get a card reader for your card (available at Walmart, Kmart, Best Buy, etc.) and use it to download your pics to a folder you create on your desktop. Once there, you can do anything you like with them.

The issue may occur if the Camera Driver is corrupted, missing or not installed correctly in the Computer.

see many a times the drivers files are corrupted after a particular period of time due to loading of some other softwares or programs getting crosslinked with few necessary files.i would suggest you to uninstall the driver completely first then install it fresh again.its a common problem and will get solved after reloading fresh drivers again.thanks.

This does not seem to be a problem with the camera, but a problem with the computer software.

Try using Windows Explorer or a similar folder and file locating program to find the camera. In Explorer, choose My Computer and look down the list that opens. If your camera is "seen" by the computer, it will appear in the list and you should be able to retrieve the pictures from there, just like finding and opening other folders and files. If not, the problem is most likely on the camera or cable, not the software or computer.
