How do you fold down the valco runabout trimode stroller? I bought a used model and I can get the top half to fold over but that's it. Can it fold over more compactly? I'd like to travel with it. Thanks!

to fold the stroller yo need to:
1.fold the hood back up against the handle.
2.release the locking clamps at either side of the stroller.
3.simultaneously lift the secondary safety catch and swing the handle forward.
4.holding the frame at the rear, press down on the rear basket tube.
5.you also can lock the frame with the strap next to the frame.
