The manuals are listed by their model number rather than their marketing name. Look for the serial number plate which should also have the model number.

The fuel line is replaceable by itself, you don't need a new tank. Just make sure you get the same size line or it will leak where it goes into the tank. Any local small engine repair shop should have the line. There are two lines that go into the tank, the pickup line has the filter on it. It not only filters the gas but keeps the end of the line down in the fuel.

Does your model #ut-08010, Have a letter after it. Homelite lists 5 or 6 models of that unit. Plus the kit they show is a complete carburetor with gasket. You will have to figure out which carburetor they put on your blower. Either a Walbro or Zama carburetor and it model to figure out which kit it will need. The homelite kit lists for about $67.00 USD.
You can go to www.precisionope.com and look it up under OEM parts.

I think Home Depot carried Homelite these days. Im 99% cerain that there is a web site for Homelite.

I think you have a carb problem ... address that part first.

Take a piece of your old hose to your local hardware store and compare the ID of PVC tubing, this should work fine

this is not a problem
you need to remove all the fuel
and remove your spark plug add new fuel and with the spark plug out pull it over many times to purge the system now install a new spark plug and you will be fine
