My direct tv dvr was working fine last night until this morning I woke and my tv said "no signal" all my connections were right on my dvr to my tv and i can hear my dvr running, but the power light won't come on at all! can you help me out with this problem? I read that it may be the fuse, but i'm not sure how to replace it if thats the problem

delete any programs that are not needed on the dvr. restart the reciever. if the problem continues, its the tuner and hard drive not working together. receiver may need to be replaced.

Unplug the satellite receiver from the electrical outlet for about 30 minutes and then try it again. If it still doesn't work, call DTV tech support to discuss having it replaced.

contact directv 800-531-5000 if you have the protection plan a new receiver will be covered under most circumstances. sounds like a bad receiver. hope this helps
