I need a manual for Magicbox Colombo 212021 codless phone

This will sometimes happen if the number of phones on the line has exceeded the REN value. Disconnect all other phones and test.

It can also happen dues to connection faults by your Telco.

It is not a well known phone.

Wow ~ I spent some time trying to track this puppy down ~ but had no luck!

IF you have the original supply can you provide ALL of the numbers on it? Or perhaps a photo?

Also, if you can, MEASURE the metal "jack sleeve" and sorry, but you've GOT to provide that measurement in MM ! Examples are 3.5mm and 2.5mm... both very common!

OR, I've saw ONE that looked like a 'phone jack' and another with a white 'molex' or oval connector??

In both cases above the will be VERY exotic and DIFFICULT to find!
