My handy cam model no. dcr-hcr32e when u switch on no picture in lcd panel if u touch the panel beep sound coming

You can get the drivers from Sony's website IF you have the model number AND the serial number AND the code on the original CD. If you don't, then they won't help you. Talk about ridiculous amounts of authentication!

Only load the driver and install in XP compatability mode then use another video capture programme Sony does not support Vista for you cam.
