Hi your problem to your cellphone is Ear piece if you not hear the ringtone and voice to your talking. you need to repair a hardware and replace the earpiece.thanks :)

dear this happens becoz may be u r using net from cell,or u r having the habit of loading new songs to u r cell very frequently,due to this virus from system enters in to u r devices thet cause problem,if u r using memory card then format it,if above said is true then use any good antivirus in ur cell ,before loading any thing on ur cell scan it .

ur camera module is faulty. same problem here i solved it change the camera module(hardware)

try to go to a cellphone repair shop or nokia store (to be sure, the problem may be the flex or the program. i'm pretty sure your phone has it's warranty or if it just ended, the repair won't cost you a lot.

Most probably it is because of the music file format check the entire steps out

• If u use a usb cable
• Check pc suite is installed on your computer or not
• U can drag and drop the songs to the Music folder.
• The nokia browser will appear in your window explorer
• U can view your phone folders like using the window explorer.

Also check the music file format
The Nokia 5310 plays MP3, WMA (windows format), AAC and M4A (also known as eAAC+), but only the non-protected files.

There is one way to convert your protected songs, which is to burn them to an audio CD (which is usually a "permitted" action for protected songs), and then rip them back to MP3 or so.
