What type of graphics card can i connect to d945gcr board

It is going to be hard to replace the exact graphics card due to its age. Your best bet is to replace it with another graphics card that is compatible with your motherboard. The good news is many cards should be compatible with your board since there are very few connection types available.

Post which motherboard you have or simply do a search for what type of graphics card type/connection it accepts. I believe it will be a PCI or PCI Express type card. To make it easiest on yourself make sure the new card you buy has the type of monitor cables you would like to use.

There are really only 3 types it could use and most likely it will use a VGA (blue smallish cable that only accepts pins) and/or DVI (White longer connection with a square and pins).

This mother board will work if we have a compatible processor like Intel Core2 Duo, Intel Pentium D, Intel Pentium 4.But the processor should be greater than 2.99Ghz if the processor is less than this then it will to work.Dual core processor means there will be two processors working

are you using the built-in graphics card? if so, purchase a PCI Express graphics card and have it installed on your PC, if your already have one, upgrade it with a higher memory. you might have to go with the 512mb or better with 1gb(graphics card RAM).

This card seems to use a AGP or (Accelerated Graphics Port / Advanced Graphics Port). So *********** board has to have this type of slot in it. This is a graphics only port so only a graphic card can be in it. What type of mother board do you have?
