We bought a britax strider 3 wheeler pushchair, in january for our granddaughter, my daughter lost receipt moving house, the rear wheels on the pram are wearing uneven, causing the pram to have a wobble feeling to it, we went to argos for help and was told due to we lost reciept they carnt help us, so we asked abt buying new wheels from the company, was told they couldnt help us, we went to toys a rus and got more help from them, they rang round got a company name and phone number for us, but found due to this pram being exclusive to argos, they and no other company can get the parts either, help we need to replace back wheels as we dont want to replace pram as the grandson loves it

The strider is now made by 2 different companies
1, uppababby model vista 2009 have a uk based helpline http://www.uppababy.co.uk/contact-us.html

2, abc designs model cobra
http://www.abc-design.de/en/service/contact.html

I have found this out as I am using my strider for my new baby I can now use a carseat and carrycot with the adapters available from these companies

Cant fold britax strider

Push the button in on the top of the handle, as if you are adjusting the height of the handle. At the same time, push the button where the handle goes in and keep pushing the handle. The pushchair should start to collapse. There's a catch on the right hand side near the front that keeps it folded together.

If you don't understand, I'll make a video for you.

Navy and white silvercross dolls pram bought 1980 new

I know exactly what you mean about the classic Silver Cross look but if you fit two larger diameter wheels the pram would not sit level unless one of the axles was repositioned to compensate.

Wheels have been retained by a number of methods and then hidden behind a (usually) chrome cap that must be carefully prised off. In more modern times it has become usual to combine the chrome cap with a spring retainer. It is fitted with the gentle tap of a mallet but patience is needed to remove it and no small amount of carefully applied force and even then there is about a 50% breakage. It is possible your pram used these.

Good luck!
