SOURCE: LOOSE DOOR HANDLE ON GE PROFILE ARCTICA STAINLESS STEEL REFRIDGERATOR
I may need to know your model # from the sticker inside the fridge to view a diagram but usually there is are small set screws (usually 2) on the handle which are allen head that can be tightened. Look for this first and let me know if there are no set screws. If this is your setup then I would appreciate a solved rating.
SOURCE: I have a GE Profile
The
refrigerator has a duel water valve, one for the ice-maker and one
for the water dispenser (if equipped). The valve that
the ice-maker relies on may be bad, or it could be the ice-maker itself.
Another thing that could cause it would be
the temperatures in the freezer. The ice-maker will not
call for water until it reaches under 15 degrees. In addition, check
the water tube behind the ice-maker to make sure it is not frozen, blocking
more water from entering. The water does not go to the ice-maker or
thru the filter unless the ice-maker turns on the water valve.

You can replace the doors but you will think you bought a new frig when you see what they cost. Most come as an assembly and are very expensive.

SOURCE: Surface rust on GE Profile Stainless Steel Refrigerator
I would try a product called Evapo-Rust! Evapo-Rust will remove the rust without damaging the stainless steel finish on your refrigerator. After you remove the rust you will then want to apply a rust inhibitor to keep it from coming back. You can go to a website call http://www.rustremover.biz to learn more about Evapo-Rust. You will also find that they sell a water based rust inhibitor that will work to keep the rust from flashing back for up to 6-months.
SOURCE: power is on but no control indicators are visible
Unplug this refrig from the wall, let sit for one hour, then plug back in, if it starts then you may have a start device on compressor that is bad, more than likely it won't, normally the HRS means there is a "main board" problem. Main board is located on rear of refrig.
