Logitech R-20 The power on my speakers won't turn on, the power stays on when i hold down the power button on the speaker itself, but when i let it go the light turns off on the speaker. In order to hear sounds on my computer i have to hold down the power button, any solutions please? PS everything is connected nothing is wrong as far as what i can see

Hold down the power button and the home button for 10 seconds

- try to remove the battery of the laptop and unplug the power cord
- hold the power button for 20 seconds to drain the remaining power
- turn on the system

Switch is broken and will need to be replaced.

Depending ont he model you can reset the receiver by holding video or vcr on down for 10 - 20 seconds. it depends on the model. it should display reset on the receiver then restart. otherwise it could be simply a broken power button that needs to be replaced.

The power button on your speakers is broken- possibly from friction due to heavy usage. Unfortunately, there is no way to really fix this that is worth your time- if you still have it under warranty, take it to where you bought it, or give Logitech a call to get them replaced. If you don't, it may be time to search for a new set. While it's more expensive, I would recommend the Logitech Z-313 or Z323 if you want a decent replacement. They will sound better than the R20s, too.

That sounds like a hardware faulty i can only advise you to contact logitech.

Make sure you you have turned on both of the power buttons the one on the remote should be pushed down and there is also one on the back of the subwoofer just above the power cord connection. Hope that helps if not just let me know
