K850i applications and games not working any help appreciated

Do you guys know how to maybe hard reset the k850i? Appliations and Games no longer working, Major bummer cuz I used the Google maps and it was great but now nothing works. Seems a few others are having the same problem not sure if there is fix for it. MFG wants 6-8 weeks to reflash it, thats just not acceptable in today world. Any other suggestions or ideas I would really welcome. Thanks-Neo

    tried that it did not work. how can I hard reset the k850i so it reloads the original firmware programs?

    is there any way I can do that my self? They said it would take 6 weeks to get the reflashed phone back, thats too long.

First try to reset factory reset your phone. If problem not solved you need to reflash it.

Whenever i try to access the games or applications folder an "operation failed" message is displayed and they wont open and i am afraid of performing a master reset so as not to lose the phone's original...
Hi what causes it is that those particular games are corrupted and will need to be deleted before it affects the rest of the games.or you might end resetting the phone. Be fast about it.

hi, dragging sometimes work, but the best way is directly copy the games and paste it to the HDD. also find out if the games is for mac conpatible maybe this games is for window/pc. if this is for pc this will not work for you mac. Hope this info might help you.

Operation failed on my se k850i
you may have to reinstall the O.S of the Phone.
They call it upgrading the Firmware and that will fix the issue!
And don't delete any files which are hidden under the folder " System"
That causes this issue
do not alter some files in the phone and it ll not allow u to use any applications and games apart from walkman and the Internet browser!

No apps or games ;(
CANT GET IN TO APPLICATIONS AND GAMES ERROR MESSAGE FAILED OPERATION. HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH W850I, K800I AND K850I IT IS ANNOYING.
