Bizhub 250 how to add/delete names

One must reinstall the printer driver.

Mite try going to the konicaminolta website to see if they have any drivers for that machine. Mite be to old and best can windows 95 or XP.

enter service mode stop 00 stop 01 and than enter sop 0 c and there it shows administrator reset just enter the paswword you likce.

on the basic panel of the machine, you will see an icon by the name of "JOB LIST". Click on that icon. a new menu will open. now here you will see the RX job.lick on the job and press the delete button, the job will delete.

i will like to know how to reset the page count and service my konica myself, also my konica bizhub 250 is showing C-0204

Microsoft Office Word will help him with that, AND keep a record of his projects. Just pick Tools/ letters and mailings/ envelopes and lables.

What you require can be achieved though the "public access" settings. This will allow you to control what can happen without requiring a log in.

Try re-entering user name and password or try a different user name and password for email account saved in the machine.

After spending way too long messing around with this on my bizhub 250 here's what finally allowed me to print:

I simply changed the bypass tray setting from "envelope" to "normal". I kept the custom size the same (9 1/2 X 4 1/8) and it started to print.

Doesn't make sense, but you can give it try.
