if you are using windows 7 then goto control panel and disable updates. any updates alrerady downloaded install them to get rid of any annoying messages

But the driver for win 7 is not there.
It will not help to download the xp driver
My advise is to buy a graphic card that supports win 7
The mainboard have an AGP 8X Slot for extenal graphic card

If you are in doubt adding a graphic card
let a expert do it for you.

I suggest you first check that DVStorm will work with Windows 7 if not then is there an upgrade you can purchase.
Next check your computer hardware.
You can run a Windows 7 upgrade advisor tocheck if your computer is suitable for Windows 7.

Same here. I love Statview but with my software "upgrade" to Windows 7 it no longer functions. There is a compatibility mode that is supposed to allow older software to run in Windows 7, but I couldn't get it to work for Statview. I've been using Statview on Mac and PC since 1993 or so. I had a good run.

if there is no drivers on asus site for windows 7 then most likely that chipset is not compatible for windows 7

go to hp.com and they have a driver section where you can download you drivers free!

You'll be able to find your replacement drivers by visiting canon's website directly at http://www.usa.canon.com/download/index.html. Just input your model number, and download the software free of charge :-)
