Do you mean the "steam wand" ? The pipe you would use to steam milk?
That sounds like the steam valve needs replacing or rebuilding. If the machine is only 8 months old it is still under warranty. You should contact the store where you bought it or contact Gaggia service center in your country.

Delonghi Ecam 23.450S heating up please wait

'heating up please wait...' and that's it, suggests a fault with either a sensor or a control board... and in today's market, who could ever guess which?

I'm sorry this is far more philosophical than technical. I really hate to say this. Still, if any half-way modern appliance has given you 15 years' service, what more would you have expected?

Traditionally, you would have taken any faulty gizmo to a local repair expert, who would have fixed it for a charge greatly less than any replacement cost.

Today, it's almost inconceivable that the cost of even diagnosing, let alone fixing any fault would be comparable to the cost of replacing (whatever) with a new one.

Hi,maybe the draw dispencer is damaged,I wouldnt think it is the drum seal, what I would do is tilt the washing machine so that the top of the machine is leaning against the wall so that the front of the machine is of the ground, then while you get underneath the front on the floor with a torch get someone to put water in the dispencer and see if you can see where the water is leaking from,I hope this was some help, all the best.

You have 2 problems with several possible causes:
You have 10-year-old electric water heater that was reinstalled after falling down, and doesn't heat the water.
And you have no hot or cold water pressure, and no pipes are leaking.

1) First problem is lack of water pressure throughout house.
Turn on outdoor spigot nearest to water meter.
This spigot will tell you if problem is inside the house or between the house and meter.
If spigot runs full force, then you probably have clogged pipe where water heater connects to main cold line, or the main shut off valve got clogged with sediment that broke off inside the pipe when you were working on water heater.
Open and close shut off valve to see if that helps. Then disassemble pipes and track back the problem. Put pressure gauge on water heater drain valve to watch pressure drop when turning on indoor faucet.
Read following information:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Low-hot-water-pressure.html

Water heater doesn't work:
Test across wires at top of heater to see if you are getting correct voltage:
If tank is receiving correct voltage, then no hot water puts suspicion on upper element or upper thermostat, or both.

Have hot/cold water pipes coming outside from roofspace in house to garage for washer/dryer. Already had two bursts inside garage and machine and electrics destroyed. New machine installed after...

Insulation only slows down the transfer of heat (cold), it does not stop it. If it is below freezing and the water in any pipe is not moving, it will eventually freeze. Most major industrial supply houses like McMaster-Carr or Grainger in the US, carry pipe tracing tape. It comes in various lengths and you secure it to the pipe under the insulation, plug it in and many types have integral thermostats that keep the pipe above freezing. If you have a washing machine, you will have to consider the lines to the washer valves, both hot & cold and any other areas in the washer that may hold water like the pump and the discharge hoses.
Was this washer always outdoors?

Hi there, i have a problem with my Oscar coffe machine. Is not creating enough pressure at the coffee pot part but highr pressure valve pops out after 10-15 sec of running. It looks machine pumping pressure...

sounds a if your heating element isn't being allowed to generate enough hot to send the hot water up the pipe, see most coffee makers do not actually pump the water, what happens is that the water passes through a heater that rapidly heats the water causing steam to push some of the water up the pipe(also creating the popping noise you hear), if the pipe is coated with residue from the water(most water has calcium and other mater which is deposited on the pipe walls during rapid heating), you need to do a cleaning cycle either using a commercial cleaning solution made for coffee pots or you can run some vinegar through it stopping for a few minutes about half way through the amount you are using to allow some of the vinegar to dissolve the residue from the pipe walls. that should clear up the problem, you should clean it at least every couple of weeks to keep it running smoothly

GOT GERMAN INSTRUCTION BOOK AND OPERATING GUIDE NEED ENGLISH ONE. PLUS ONLY ONE WATER PIPE DO I NEED A CONNECTOR PIPE TO CONNECT HOT AND COLD WATER PIPES INTO ONE OR DOES THE MACHINE HEAT THE WATER UP ITS...

for the instruction manual... you can "googe" search online for it...type your brand name in the search window with "support" and you'll most likely find the factory website with manual downloads.
For the water issue: most washers are designed to connect to a hot and cold water supply. If yours is a one water pipe connection, and you're ok with cold water washes, I'd recommend supplying water to both the hot and cold connections of the washer, so you don't have any mishaps by hitting the wrong wash cycle and not getting any water. You could purchase a simple hose bib splitter fo accomplish this.
If however, you want hot water, sounds like a plumbing job to bring hot water to the washer's location.
It won't hurt the machine to run cold water to both sides...you just won't get the hot water cleaning benefit.

Whirlpool ADP4542 Flashes 7 times

If that's the clean lite flashing that is a fault code. That means the control sensed that the heater in the d/w did not operate 3 times in a row. so the unit locks out. First remove the kick plate and you may have to pull the unit out from under the cab, but check your heater. use a meter to see if it reads open, if so order a heater assy it will come with a new control replace it to. If your heater checks good press in sequence normal wash , heat dry ,normal wash, heat dry , normal wash , heat dry three times within 6 sec all the lights will come on then hit cancel. What that did is reset the control and clear that fault. Keep in mind that d/w does not heat it's own water your incoming water temp should be 120. the d/w will maintain that temp. when starting your d/w first turn on your hot water till it gets hot then start your d/w this insures your unit fills with hot water and not cold.
