Right after the Lid Locks on both the wash and rinse cycle, the F1 light starts flashing and stops the cycle. We have to stop and restart at least 3 times for it to finally engage. Your suggestions are much appreciated.

I had the same problem before, but removing the kink in drain hose does the trick. Maybe yours is more complicated but try it.

Raise and lower your lid six times to reset timers.

here's the part # W10189966. I guess whirlpool had a recall on the units and revised the control boards. might want to call whirlpool on that. Good luck :)

Per Sears. To fix the problem. Unplug the washer for at least 10 min then push pause or stop 2 times and this will fix the problem.

Well I have the same problem the only way I have found that my washer works is that on the soiler level make sure you put that on the heavy. And that should work I know its a pain but thats what I do and my washer washs with out stopping

Sorry to tell you but you have a faulty control board. It is a bad part from the factory. They know that its bad too! They have completely remanufactured the part. There is lawsuit against whirlpool (whirlpool made the oasis) for the problem. Some people have been able to call and complain to whirlpool and got them to pay for the repair. Complain a lot. Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x

Processor board sound bad. May be a loose plug ( or corroded connection on the plug ) . Unplug the dish washer from the wall plug before servicing. The open the front panel to expose the panel control board. Unplug the panel plugs and inspect them to assure no corrotion is apparent. If you see corrotion, use a pencil erracer to clean all contact points on the board and clean the plug the best possible. Plug the dishwasher plug back in the wall and check the unit for proper operation. If the operation is not correct, replace the circuit board. I hope this helps
