Hi have an industrial Jackson Warewashing dishwasher, AVENGERHT, serial#086239693 -
the problems listed are:
- does not wash well,
- we find food on the plates after the wash
- does not dry,
- keeps on running
- is rusted all over
- when , where and how to replace the detergent (we do not know if there is any in it)
- we do not know how to operate it (even after reading the manual)
I'm not sure if there is anything wrong with it, except for the rust- it could be a matter of operating it improperly. The manual states where to put the soap, however the diagram shows a picture that I cannot find anywhere on the dishwasher. What is the proper way to run and maintain?

You have neglected to include the model number which you must have if you have the manual. Jackson produced a number of models. That said, here is a site that may help you because it shows where parts go in a schematic:
no there is no seal keep the wash arms clean if the last hole gets stopped up then it will spin backwards and cause it to come off
otherwise go to home depo and get a oring that fist over the threads on the breaing and tighten by hand and you should be good
i have worked on these machines for 12 years
