Hi niklok,

You have the thermostat hooked up incorrectly. Honeywell's directions are sometimes confusing. You should have power first to the thermostat and from the thermostat to the heater. You cannot have power running both to the thermostat AND the heater. That effectively assures a continuous ON situation. The black wire from the panel should be connected only to one lead from the thermostat.

If you need further instructions, please reply back with the number and color of wires coming from the panelboard and the number of heaters and the number and color of wires coming from your thermostat.

The heating coil itself have some problem that's why the circuit breaker clicks off by sensing over current drop. Check the heating coil and replace it.

that s correct the control is done by the thermostat stop the heating up to your set point and restart if the medium temp is under the set point

The control panel gets its power from the central heating unit's power point. Try turning the power off outside at the powerpoint next to the ducted heating unit and try turning it on again after a few seconds, see if it resets
