I understand your Frigidaire wall oven is flashing a F10 code and not heating up. Based off of that information an F10 code stands for a runaway temperature, which could be an issue with a sensor probe or oven control. It could possibly be a miscommunication with the board and that could be cleared out by resetting your appliance. To reset your appliance disconnect power to it by unplugging the oven or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. If that step does not resolve your issue and you continue to receive the F10 code I would recommend contacting a technician to come and repair your appliance. I understand that your Frigidaire wall oven is beeping and showing an F11 error code. Typically an F11 error code states that there is a shorted key, or a button has been detected as pressed for a long time. I suggest hard resetting your appliance, by cutting the power at your homes circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. While you are resetting your oven, make sure to wipe down the control panel. The panel is very sensitive and could be detecting something that has splashed or spilled onto it, even dust. When you bring power back to your appliance you will need to start by setting the clock. I see that you are having trouble setting the temperature on your Frigidaire oven, model# FFGF3053LSC, even after resetting it by unplugging it. First I would make sure that you are able to set the clock as well. Try setting the clock by pressing the clock button and then pressing and holding down the up or down arrows to change the time. If you are able to do this and not set your oven, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your appliance and determine why you are unable to set the temperature for your oven. Hope this helps.

Try setting clock before presuming board is faulty, ovens shouldn't work if clock is flashing or timer is counting down or bell symbol flashing. Consult your instructions

Previous fault F02 is indicating an overheat fault- service manual says to replace main electronic control board. However, switching off at wall has reset the clock- you need to set the time before the oven will work-press middle button until small triangle is next to clock icon, set time using temperature dial. Once clock has ben set, try using oven to see if F02 fault reappears- sometimes switching off at wall will clear fault. Good luck!!
