The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

I have bought a car with parrot installed but cannot connect to my phone - keeps saying password doesn't match???? What password is this? Just keeps saying 'please pair device'

search for bluetooth devices on your phone (pairing mode this is called sometimes). Select the parrot unit when you phone finds it and displays it on your phones screen. Then use the password 0000 or 1234 to complete pairing.
