If you have the receipt of the mp3 player, register your product at
www.creative.com/register. you will need your model number-it can be found on the mp3 player itself.
but the reason your mp3 player is not playing music is becuase it is out of service life. the only thing it is useful for is storing all of your files and eveything on your computer. it is a flash drive now.
P.S. I know this because the same thing happened to me and I was told what happened.
mp3 player says no music but it has music on it. When i put it onto my pc and try to synchronise a box comes up saying that already on mp3 player. Any thoughts?
I have the same problem as well. This started after I was at the airport and let my player be scanned in the X-ray machine. Before that, it worked perfectly; afterwards no way it can read music files. I have tried several file types (mp3, wav, wma) with no success. I have formatted the player, reinstalled the drivers, the firmware, nothing.
i downloaded music and it worked then the next day I went to use it and it reads no music. When i plug it into my computer and try to add songs it says they are already on there. anyone help??
