you may have changed your primary language to russian.
regardless of the language used, you may still be able to find the setting to change it back, since the locations of the settings would not have changed..
if you use google chrome, you could easily ask it to translate the page automatically back to english for you.. and then navigate to My Account - Settings - Language - & choose english as your primary language.
Alternatively, this link shows how to change to dutch/german, but is included as a guide to getting to the language settings page only. http://www.itechnobuzz.com/freebies-f-secure-antivirus-2011-1-year-free-license-key

A. To change the display language back to English, please perform the following steps:
1. Press the right arrow 2 times, press the OK button (you should be in the System Setup menu).
2. Press the OK button again (you should be in Language).
3. Press the right arrow until you see something that may be English, press OK button. The menu is a continuous loop, so if you miss it the first time the option will return.
I had this same problem, and after 45 minutes with
HP support, eventually managed to get it to print by turning the
printer of and then holding down both arrow keys (left and right) at
the same time while turning the printer back on. I held down the arrow
keys until it said "Language: English" and then clicked through the
prompts. It then restarted, and all was well again. Other places mention doing this with the OK and Cancel keys, but that didn't do it for me - the arrow keys did.
Try this:
1. unplug all cables from back of unit
(turn power off as well)
2. while the printer is off hold down the * and 5
3. while holding them turn printer on
4. continue to hold buttons until display reads 'Permanent Storage Init'
5. then release buttons
6. at the end of reset it will ask you to select language and location, just press enter then 1 to confirm
Hope that works!!
Ed
PS. You could have picked an easier language!!!
