Go to RCA web site at http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=235 and download the latest firmware upgrade first. The new firmware allows your player to read .wma files you can drop and drag files to it or us media player to transfer the music to the player, you must note this player only plays .mpy or .wma files musicmatch was the only jukebox that could convert to mpy and it doesnt exist anylonger youll have to convert your mp3 to wma files then transfer them to your player or when you rip music, rip it in wma files to begin with

My mp3 does not connect to my computer

Try this link - they have udated drivers for your player, which hopefully will solve the problem; http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/en-US/Downloads.html?ProductID=RD1070 Try a different cable also, and check by plugging it into a usb port on another computer that the problem is not with your usb ports. Hope this helps :)

I need help with the memory card

See if you can borrow another card and try it - sometimes these cards can fail, also check the contacts on the card and the machine in case they are dirty - clean with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If that doesn't help Try this link - they have udated drivers for your player, which may solve the problem; http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/en-US/Downloads.html?ProductID=RD1070 Hope it helps if not please post again :)

RCA Lyra RD1072 MP3

For Windows XP users, the RD1020/RD1070/RD1080/RD1090 uses FAT format. FAT 32 WILL NOT WORK. But there's a good(bad for you) chance you deleted system files when you formatted it, and it won't work now at all. In that case installing the firmware might help(if you can get it to communicate with the PC at all). Do it either with the CD you should have got with it, or through RCA website - http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/Cultures/en-US/Downloads.html?ProductID=RD1072 only you'll have to wait for an update before its posted, or contact them for it. Good luck
