I have a Jensen stereo cd/dvd player and when I load a cd or dvd into it constantly is loading and doesn't proceed

I used to own Jensen cd player for a while but I can't remember the solution of loop loading. Check Jensen cd-players manuals http://jensen.manymanuals.com/cd-players

Jensen flip out head unit volume knob doesn't work . the remote works fine but just that one problem.. and i cant seem to get the DVD to play.! ( bought it used..)

it needs to be serviced by jensen or some other repair facility. there is nothing you will be able to do to get the knob to work. if it plays cd's and not dvd's thats also an issue that you can't fix by yourself. if it doesn't play cd's or dvd's then you can TRY to run an optical cleaner through it. its a cd player cleaner kit you can get at most electronics stores.

It don't play audio through cd or dvd

are you running audio through an amp? if you are, you are probably using the power antenna remote wire instead of the amp remote wire.

Sound to radio but no sound to cds or dvds

I dont know what car you've got but,You need to hook up the blue amp remote wire for the antenna, when you switch to radio the antenna signal turns your car amplifier on and you get audio and when you switch to cd/dvd it switches it off because your car is wired that way, its a common issue with Mercedes etc.

Replacement remote

You can go to the site below to order a new remote. The one that is the factory model is about $52 and the generic one is abour $40.

go to am/fm
then open the settings screen
next on your remote type 5,4,3,2,1,0 listening for each beep
a new screen should come up
after that look for brake override

press set up button
scroll to highlight language
enter 5,4,3,2,1,0
you will now be in a secret menu
turn on brake bypass
and exit
done
