My scanner will not work it keeps saying scan options are not installed. I deleated the program and reinstalled it but no luck. Help It is a HP PSC 2410 photosmart all in one printer

In addition to the driver, you need to install the utility program as well.
Click on the link given below:

There are some information if you wish to read
From the menu on the left side select " Software and Driver downloads" Click
Choose the O/S
Download the utility and install

HP psc 2410 xi went offline on its own. I checked

you may have to add another print driver
if you still have the cd try to add a device from the cd if not you may either have to uninstall and reinstall software or add a printer in your control panel in either printers or printer and faxes--win xp

HP psc 2410 all in one reinstalls everytime I turn on PC.

Hi rick835, are you using the CD that came with the HP 2410?
For what ever reason, the HP software did not install correctly & that is why HP software wants to reinstall. Follow HP's instructions to uninstall the software completely, see the HP link below.

When the software has been removed & before you reinstall, download this program, (Its free). Install RegCure & run the program so it can clean your windows registry.

Do not use your HP CD to reinstall your 2410 software. Allow HP to scan your laptop & find the connected powered on printer.

HP will find your printer & auto install the correct driver software. (Updated). Hp pSC 2410 Printer

Hello,
You can download the drivers from hp website here. Choose the operating system of your computer and then download your file. Install with the usb cable of printer plugged out of system and then when the wizard asks, then you plug it in.
