check yor damper door, it's the little door at the top and or bottom of the fridge insid near the top and or at the bottom behind the crisper drawer when working right they open to let cold air in from the freezer and warm air out. top one cold in, bottom one warm air out.they work on a sensor/relay when the freezer fan goes on they open when cold air is needed.
yes its a common problem its called the jaz board. the only way to tell is ohming out the sensor and heater the by elimination it is the board. i recomend putting any newer appliance on a surge protector.sometimes depending on the board there is instructions to program it with your serial # also make sure your light swiches are being activated when you shut the door. good luck!

it.There is a flap you adjust with the
fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the
fridge temp ..
most fridges have a evaporator dish or container. it must be emptied ...and cleaned and disinfected.
now-a -days they are usually mated with the compressor and cool this unit down. notice there is no coil along the back of the fridge...it is usiually behind the fridge at the bottom with a cardboard or plastic access cover... this will make the unit cool better and return the cooling to normal.... \next clean out your freezer...i bet it's full of 4 month old packs of something you'll never eat....this will let the freezer breathe and circulate air to the coil ...i bet it has 3 in of ice on it...yikes...your not alone...most people do this...\ get a freezer if your getting ready for the apocalypse and liberate some room. good luck
hi thanks for the question the freezer is more than likely frosted up now with the door left open the drain hose from freezer is clogged shut down let thaw remove panel at the back of fridge allow 24 hrs to thaw clean out the drain tube re level the fridge so that if the door is left open the door will close by its self raise the front legs to achieve this thanks the appliance doc
Reset the unit by unplugging it for about 9 minutes. Consult your manufacturer about how long after unplugging that the unit should be at it's set temperature.
