Purchased about a year ago. Use for printing sheets that we sublimate on to polyester fabric.
All cartridges are about 1/4th left. At the begining of the week we expereince blobs of ink and color isn't correct. By the end of the week it normally corrects itself. We do the nozzle check and it's missing a lot of lines. Any suggestions other than cleaning print head?
If you do a nozzle check...do a cleaning...then do another nozzle check, you can "read" the patterns to see exactly what the problem may be. If the first nozzle check is missing half, then you do the cleaning, and the second is missing half also, check the pattern of the box to see if the missing nozzles are jumping around. If the pattern is exactly the same, you have clogs. If the pattern jumps around, you are having ink starvation issues, and may need dampers.
