Screen will exceed the value of the set. If it is even available. That is the single biggest cost in tvs. Even u Der warranty few manufacturers replace them. Most replace the entire set.

The lcd screen broke. It may can be replaced but probably would be cheaper to get a new tablet. Repair would probably cost $100 to $150

No repair can be done for a broken screen. Replacement only can be done. But it will cost 2/3rd of the total cost of the TV. If you think it is OK, replace it. Otherwise buy a new TV. It will be the best.

You should be able to get a replacement part for that. Also depending on how tech savvy you are, might be able to open it up and resolder the USB port back onto the board. No idea of the cost of the part however, depends on the manufacturers part list.

If the LCD screen is broken, you should consider selling your set for parts. The cost of a LCD replacement is not cost effective. Examine the screen to verify.
If the LCD screen is good you can check to see if the "image" is being "sent" to the screen.
1) Take a bright flashlight and place it against the screen with the set on.
2) If you see an image around the edge of the flashlight the problem is in the inverter/CCFT or the power to it.
3) If you do not see an image the problem is probably in the LCD Controller (TCON) or its connections.

Without the make and model no cost information is possible. Please post the make and model. Also note that it is possible that the replacement cost of the panel may exceed the cost of a replacement TV.

The LCD panel may be available as a replacement part, but the cost will be close or exceed the cost of a replacement monitor. Don't waste your time. Purchase a replacement.

You broke the panel, that is not covered by warranty a panel replacement would cost you the same or more than the cost of the set.
