NV GS11 I can't get movie from cam corder to PC

I can't get move from cam corder to my computer.
Please help me i use windows movie maker but it is not working

I would try the following:

1) check for an update to the image mixer software here

2) see if jvc customer support can/will help

3) uninstall the image mixer software and try using windows movie maker instead

PC Wont register Camera is connected
If it is a cam corder, a lot of them only work for stills once hooked up to the PC (via USB). Are you certain the cam be used via a computer.
If the camcorder contains both USB and IEE1394/firewire and your computer has both USB and firewire, then sometimes the USb interface is set to stills only and the firewire interface is set to motion only.
