the biggest problem with win7 is it hates printers and web cams i think youl find that you need to update the printers sofware to become compatable with win 7 as is most the cases we see

The problem may be the toner cartridge itself. You may need to get a new toner and clean the printer, again. Once the printer is clean re-place the new toner cartridge.

You write "type the above line at command prompt". I dont't know Where exactly to write? Can you tell me!

You can access your printer connected to USB port with loop back configuration and print from DOS.
Not only that, you can also print to a printer on the network

i don't think you can print from DOS, i don't see DOS being supported by this printer.
