Hi! Please try to run disk clean up. You may need to do this to free some space. This may resolve the problem. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!
This is one of the most common issues with Webroot users and it can only be fixed by disabling the "Spy Sweeper's Tracking Cookies feature". You can do this from the webroot settings or you can do it from the Webroot application settings by right clicking the Firefox icon and make the necessary changes, if this doesn't fix, then you'll need to disabling the webroot Spy sweeper feature, otherwise you have no choice to open the Firefox. It's best to complete disable the webroot feature or to remove Firefox from the webroot application lists.
If you need further help, let me know.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Yes
I answered your message. Did you get it? I did restart my computer. I am able to use IE but not Firefox.
Yes, I restarted the system.
I updated Webroot Internet Security Essentials and now I can't access Firefox, only IE. When I try to open Firefox, it won't open to any website. I have restarted my computer but it didn't help. I have set the Firewall to Allow Firefox as well.
Thanks, but it still doesn't work when I remove Firefox from the webroot application list. Second, I don't see a Spy Sweeper Tracking Cookies feature. Third, I don't know what Firefox icon you are talking about other than the one on my desktop. Fourth, I don't see a Spy Sweeper feature on webroot. Finally, if I turn off Spy sweeper that defeats the purpose of having webroot. So, the final decision would be to change my internet security to another company.
