Open the Intel link provided below. Download the driver software listed; http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&keyword=%22D945GCNL%22After Under, "Select an Operating System", Left click on your version of windows from the list. Than under, " Select a Download Type " the drivers for your Intel D945GCNL motherboard will be listed. Once you download all your drivers you can create / burn the drivers to a CD or DVD.
