I bought a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer two years ago from Lowes. When we put soap and bleach in the washer, the bleach just runs right into the tub. You can see it thru the door window. We had to quit using bleach because it was ruining our clothes. Are there known issues whith the bleach dispenser?

The common thing to fail is the dispenser door solenoid.
