If ok you have the correct driver showing a more or less ink level.
Problem is that one of the colours out, you need to refill (dangerous on Epsons, wrong refill ruins whole printer) or buy new cartridge. I prefer HP but do own that Epson also. First to come ourt then with high resolution
Hi there. The reason for your problem is that the colour cartridge contains cyan, magenta and yellow ink, plus a black cartridge of course. All the other myriad colours are produced by mixing these four basic colours. So, if you print red, it requires ink from both the magenta and yellow cartridges. Thus if your red produces a yellow print, it means your magenta is not printing. This can be due to a number of reasons, mainly an empty or faulty magenta cartridge or blocked magenta print nozzles.
If you wish me to help you with sorting out the lack of magenta, please post a new comment to this effect.
It sounds as though your printer heads need to be cleaned. If you go into your computer, then hardware and find the printer, right click it and find an option/properties tab. Somewhere on here there should be a performance area where you can choose to clean the printer heads : )
this is for windows xp
start-settings-printers n faxes(click on it)-right click on your printer name - click on properties(below)-printer properties dialog box-click on service.click on the appropriate service.
1. Took out the ink carts and cleaned the copper contacts of both the ink carts.
2. Clean the copper contacts on the ink carts slot in the printer and then insert the ink carts in the printer and then print out the page.
