My battery to my phone wont charge for some reason the chargers arent broken but it just wont charge help!!!!!

either charger faulty or phone or battery is faulty
new phone take it back for a warranty check/ replacement or refund

Your best bet would be to contact att customer service, but it sounds like either the charger or battery is defective. If you are within the warranty period they will probably replace it.

I think it may be broken.You need buy a new iPhone battery charger.

there could be many reasons for such a problem, charger related , and device related, so you have to check the following:
-first, you should check the power socket, it might be the reason why the charger is not charging your mobile phone.. try to insert it to many several power supply sockets..
-second if you tested it and it did not work; the charger itself might be broken, try to attach it to another mobile phone and see if it will charge or not, and try another charger to be attached to your mobile phone so that you will figure out if the charger is broken or not..
-third, assuming the charger is perfectly functioning, it is more likely that the battery is dead, every rechargeable battery comes to an end someday not able to be recharged having its chemicals consumed or changed, so that the easier way is to be replaced.. BUT, if you put that battery in a similar compatible mobile phone then tried to recharge it and found out that it is been recharged successfully, that means one thing that the charging port (where you connect your device with charger) is malfunctioning or broken so that it does not joint the charger with the battery..

you can see if ebay have a broken phone like yours and you can use the parts off the phone you buy from ebay to replace the one in your phone.

i think your baterry is drained already..try to charge your battery in a universal charger, or a clip charger.then continue charging with your original charger

sound like you need a new battery or charger or maybe both. try useing a diffrent battery and charger befor buying one

now you will need to reflash the firmware on the phone to correct this issue..

One. The battery is dead. check and change. two. The charger is bust. check and change. If the phone runs on the charger plugged in then charger is fine. three. both one and two. check and change. four. If dropped or thrown around however softly, the charging circuit broken. go to Nokia Care.

It seems your charger port is broken, it hapfens often on cellphones, wear and tear. Check to see if its under warranty, and it can be replaced. Check my profile if you need more help.
