The video chip from your motherboard is way too old for 7, it's so old that it was too weak even for XP.
You need to add a recent video card.
First let me say that the maker of the motherboard is important. About 10 companies made that model and have their own drivers
Its important to find the name, MSI, Foxconn, ASUS, Gigabyte ect... and each one has a chiset and a version.

Find the makers name on the board and the model # next to it.
Windows loads default drivers just to get you up & running. Its up to you to update the drivers for the hardware.
