to download a game for the psp
- search for game using bittorrent or any downloading software
- download the game
- save the game on the computer or on a harddrive
to install the game on the psp
- connect the psp to a computer via USB or insert the memory stick on a card reader
- copy the game file from the harddrive to the psp memory card or memory stick pro
- disconnect the psp and try to play the game
note: make sure that the psp is upto date with the firmware because not all games will work right away

Here is a great tutorial on how to transfer files from the pc to PSP. It requires having your PSP be recognized in the computer as a removable drive to that way you can transfer files from the pc to the PSP.
connect the psp to the computer via usb cable. go to the psp in your computer and click on the drive that holds your psp info. copy the game file from the computer and paste it in the psp memory stick in the folder named game. then disconnect when its finished putting it on there and it should play. if there is no game folder then you need to reformat your memory stick but SAVE YOUR STUFF to your computer first and transfer it by copy and pasting your game saves. the format will erase all data and put a psp game folder where it should be. this should solve your problem!
