place a fan heater, or similar heater in front of the safe for 3-4 hours until the safe is warm to touch. be careful not to cause a fire risk around the safe, or to overheat the safe. DO NOT leave unattended.
it will take this time for the heat to be slowly transferred to the battery compartment on th einside of the door, but when the batteries warm up, you may find they have a slight boost from the heat, and actually have enough power to open the safe. there are no guarantees that this technique will work on your safe, as it is very dependent on the amout of life left in the batteries, but is worth a try as a last attempt before expensive drilling or locksmith charges.
If you go to micromark web page all the instructions are there, but any way press *1122# press *1 # to go into password programming mode enter 4 digit password and #, press * 0 # to exit programming mode. All done.

The serial number is of no use. If you could obtain the combination simply by asking on a public website then your safe would be, by definition, an unsafe... Many electronic safes come with an emergency bypass key, so check that you haven't got one ferreted away somewhere.
If you have forgotten the combination and have no bypass key then the only option is to cut or drill the safe open. You can call out a locksmith if you like, but will find that the only difference is that he/she may have better tools and safety equipment than you and will have a better idea where to cut. Some cheap, pressed steel, safes with plastic front combination panels can be opened even more easily by just hammering off the plastic bits until access can be gained to the sliding door bolt mechanism.
Sorry that this is not the answer you were hoping for, but safes are not meant to be easy to open other than by using the correct key or combination.
